Imperial Stormtrooper Corps
Once the most powerful and awesome fighting force the Galaxy has seen, the Imperial Military Forces have been humbled by their defeat at the hands of the New Republic. Desperation towards the end of the Galactic Civil War made this once mighty force a largely conscript military fighting an increasingly losing war. Today, efforts have been made to restore the Imperial military to its once mighty status; it is exclusively professional once again, and a popular employment option throughout Remnant space due to large scale recession, and the Imperial Academy at Prefsbelt IV is running once more, training officers of all branches. The Imperial Military Forces consist of the Imperial Navy, its space service, the Imperial Army, its surface service, and the Imperial Stormtrooper Corps, an elite marine force which serves as shocktroops that continue the legacy of the Grand Army of the Republic.
