Force Rules
1. It is asked that Players consult with Staff before starting out with a Force Sensitive character that is not at the beginning level. One does not have to start out as a Initiate or Adept, but age should be a factor in the appropriate rank for a character. Both the Jedi and the Sith, and other organizations, accept students at any age by the time of our setting, but still have a system of promotion and training.
2. Force powers follow a pseudo-RPG limitation. While we aren't using a points or dice based system, nor the traditional character sheet of such; Force powers are without rank, but increase in power and potency with the rank, experience, and training of the Force user. It is to be kept in mind, that each being has only so much energy to expend on the Force, varied by connection, experience, class, and rank; if a player is not portraying this properly, the Staff will moderate this, and likely make it disadvantageous to the violating player. Midi-chlorean count can be included in profile for a character, as a general rule-of-thumb of the potential ability of the character, but is ultimately inconsequential when compared to actual training and experience. 3. We have developed a system for Force Powers and Lightaber Forms and what a singular character can have available to them. Please follow this, as those who exceed this system will have their characters moderated to fall into line with the rules. Please see to these two systems below. |
