• The Jedi Temple is attacked. Ahsoka Tano is falsely charged with the crime. The resulting criminal trial breaks her faith in the Jedi and she leaves the Order once she is proven innocent. Barriss Offee is revealed to be the bomber, believing the Jedi to be corrupt. Offee is later deemed to have fallen to the Dark Side under the pressures of war and redeemed and returns to service.

• X1 and X2, two prototype Force sensitive Clones, are honored by the Republic, revealing them to the public.
• Count Dooku is killed.
• The Delegation of 2000 deliver their petition to the Supreme Chancellor, demanding he release his emergency powers and resign upon the capture or death of General Grievous.
• Palpatine is revealed to be Darth Sidious.
• General Grievous is killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi on Utapau.
• Operation Knightfall occurs, in which the 501st Legion under the command of Darth Vader raid the Jedi Temple.
