Personality: He is known for attempting to achieve a mentor status among those around him, looking to experience and knowledge as excellent tools for education. He is a known student of history, using it similar to how Thrawn was known to use art. He often presses his advantages and withdraws whenever it is no longer worth it to fight, militarily or otherwise.
Background: Born on Naporar, he was the product of an affair between Sev'rance Tann and the husband of the Aristocrata of House Nuruodo at the time, Sev'eere'nuruodo. Despite the circumstances of his birth, he was raised by Thorn and Veeren as their own child, reducing the truth behind his parentage to mere rumor and speculation.
He joined the CDEF upon reaching the age of maturity, ten, and his first deployment upon becoming a commissioned officer was aboard the Springhawk under the command of Commander Mitt'raw'nuruodo, to whom he served as staff aide. The two developed a close working relationship similar to that which Thrawn would eventually forge with Gilad Pellaeon later in his life.
Following Thrawn's exile, he was promoted to Commander and given command of Picket Force Two, despite having been nothing more than an Aide, officially, for his entire career. Many saw this as being engineered by those who secretly supported Mitth'raw'nuruodo in the hopes that his idea would continue at the hands of his protégé.
He became an effective commander, whom many viewed as being on par with his mentor. It was not long before he was granted the rank of Captain. He encountered his mentor during a routine patrol, only now commanding forces of the Galactic Empire. His reports lead to the recognition of Mitt'raw'nuruodo's return to the Unknown Regions and was one of the contributing factors to the development of the rogue Household Phalanx that formed the Empire of the Hand. He was tempted to join the Empire of the Hand, but felt his duty was to the Chiss people, and remained with the CDEF.
He was rewarded for his loyalty with a promotion to Admiral, being given command of the entire Expansion Fleet, a position which he would serve in for the next ten years. While the Expansionary Force was under his command, several notable victories were achieved over Vagaari, including several controversial strikes of opportunity. The Chiss also entered notable conflict with the Ssi-ruu and the Yevetha during this time, which he personally lead. He rose to become commander of the entire Chiss Expansionary Defense Force following these victories, serving as such for three years.
He served as Commander of the Naporar Colonial Phalanx following his retirement from the CDEF after the fall of the Yevetha in the wider galaxy, eventually rising as Syndic of House Nuruodo. During his time as such, he oversaw increased training and war gaming by the Household Phalanx which increased the performance of the unit.
He has recently risen as the Aristocrata of House Nuruodo, and has become a controversial figure in Chiss politics, advocating for widescale military expansion and consideration of the abandonment of a purely defensive military policy.
